RETURNS/REFUNDS

goorooglass.com does not accept returns on products. Please contact us if you need further information regarding a product prior to purchase, as purchases are non-refundable. All damaged products must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery date via email, with appropriate photographic evidence. The damaged product must be photographed in original packaging and a photograph clearly showing the damage. The product must not be used. goorooglass.com is not able to accept returns, exchange or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason. Any used items sent to us will not be issued a refund nor will we be able to re ship the product back to you for any reason.

 

In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information goorooglass.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. goorooglass.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, goorooglass.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Goo Roo Glass is not responsible for packages stolen, lost or otherwise tampered with after delivery. After a shipment has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier service no refund or reshipment will be available for that order.  

goorooglass.com may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued usage of the Website after any changes to these Terms of Use will mean You accept those changes. Any aspect of the Website may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice at the sole discretion of goorooglass.com.

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic US orders.

Privacy: All packages are shipped in unmarked brown. Packages may include “Fragile” stickers for safe handling and will include a return address.

How long does shipping take?
We appreciate your support and strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:

• Processing: Since some items are made to order, it may take up to 8 days to have your item ready to ship. Every item is inspected and labeled before packing.

• Transit: Orders ship from McMinnville, Oregon. Once with the carrier, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on location and carrier schedules.

Once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. You may contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request delivery changes.
How can I track my order?You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at gooroodesignsportland@gmail.com.
